Cancellation Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy At JKTours PTY, we strive to provide exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. To ensure we can deliver on that promise, we kindly ask that you read and understand our cancellation policy: Non-Refundable Deposit: For groups of 6 or fewer, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tour. The balance can be paid in cash on the day of the tour. Full Payment for Larger Groups: For groups of 7 or more, full payment is required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon by JKTours PTY and the client. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. No Shows: If a client fails to show up for their scheduled service, no refund will be provided. Late Fees: If a client is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled service, a late fee of $15 per hour will be added to the total cost of the service. Vendor and Supplier Fees: Due to advanced arrangements and vendor payments made on your behalf, we do not receive refunds from our suppliers in case of cancellations, which is why we must enforce these policies to cover our costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service to you and our future clients.
